We place great importance on the quality of our products and our service – which is why we offer a 180-day warranty on our cat furniture (including cat beds).

Cat toys are considered consumables and are therefore excluded from the warranty.

If you notice a defect in your cat furniture upon receipt due to production or material defects, please contact us via email at: support@xxoopetsfamily.de – we will take care of it.

Please note: Damage caused by animals, improper use, or contamination is excluded from the warranty.


If your product is damaged despite correct, normal use, please send us a photo and a brief description of the situation. We will carefully review the case – because only in this way can we continuously improve our quality.
