General shipping information

Our shipping days extend from Monday to Friday, occasionally also Saturdays, although the latter is the exception. There is generally no shipping on public holidays in Austria or Sundays, with the exception of the 8th. December when we offer shipping services.

You can see the exact shipping costs in the checkout process once you have entered your delivery address.

 

From European warehouse

Processing time: 1-2 days processing time. This includes the quality check and the selection of the most cost-effective shipping service provider. Most orders received before 12 noon are shipped the same day.

Shipping partners: Fedex, Post, DPD, DHL, Die Post, UPS, GLS, Deutsche Post. The most cost-effective shipping service provider is automatically selected for you.

Delivery times:

In Austria within 1-2 days.

In Germany within 1-3 days.

For EU countries within 2-7 days.

Standard cost: €27

From an order value of 140 €: 24 €

UK:

Up to 20 kg: 27 €

Exception: From international warehouse

Some scratching posts are manufactured after ordering to avoid wasting materials.

Processing time plus production: 7-14 days

Delivery from international warehouses to Europe and the USA usually takes 4-6 weeks. We will cover the customs costs for you. You will receive a tracking number from us as soon as the goods are shipped by DPD/UPS. Please note: For overseas delivery, you will only be able to see your goods in order tracking once they have arrived in the destination country. Otherwise you may see "No Data". However, you can contact us via email to receive updates about your order. Our shipping service provider has internal access to the shipping data from DPD and UPS and can track your order.

Flower scratching post: Free delivery to the following countries

Denmark, France, Poland, Bulgaria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Serbia, Finland, Sweden.

Scratch barrel: Free delivery to the following countries

Exception: Personalized products

Processing time: 7-14 days, depending on the complexity of the work and special requests. Delivery from international warehouses to Europe usually takes 2-3 weeks with air freight and 3-4 weeks to the USA. 

You will receive a tracking number from us as soon as the goods are shipped by DPD/UPS. Please note: For overseas delivery, you will only be able to see your goods in order tracking once they have arrived in the destination country. Otherwise you may see "No Data". However, you can contact us via email to receive updates about your order. Our shipping service provider has internal access to the shipping data from DPD and UPS and can track your order.

Free delivery to the following countries: Denmark, France, Poland, Bulgaria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Slovakia , Slovenia, Romania, Serbia, Finland, Sweden. For other countries, please see the shipping costs in the checkout.

What are customs costs and who has to pay them?

Tariffs are imposed by your local government primarily to protect the domestic economy and regulate international trade.

For customers outside Europe:

The handling of customs matters and the payment of import duties are the sole responsibility of the buyer/customer. XXOO Pets Family cannot be held responsible for any customs procedures or collection of duties of any kind upon delivery of your purchase.

Please note that the cost of customs duties is not included in the shipping costs you see before confirming your order. These fees are not paid to XXOO Pets Family, but are typically collected by the shipping company on behalf of your local customs authorities.

Exception:

For goods from international warehouses, we cover customs costs.
