INFORMATION ON WITHDRAWAL & WITHDRAWAL FORM

A. Cancellation policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities:

Right of withdrawal

You can return our products within 30 days in original condition. Exception: Personalized products are excluded from the right of return.

Please note that the return shipping costs are to be borne by the buyer.
All returned items must be in original condition – that is, unused by pets. 

An item is not considered used if it has only been assembled but not used (e.g. a scratching post).

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (E-Mail: support@xxoopetsfamily.de) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, less the return shipping costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), to be refunded without delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any case no later than 30 days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 30-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-made or for which the consumer's individual choice or specification is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

General notes

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us postage due.
